These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bar Time Pass mobile application and website operated by Bar Time LLC ("Bar Time Pass", "we", "our", or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You must be at least 21 years of age to access alcohol-related content and features. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@bartimepass.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Bar Time Pass requires an active subscription to access platform features:

Monthly plan: $1.00 per month
Annual plan: $10.00 per year

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Bar Time Pass does not store your payment card details.

4. Bookings and Reservations

Bookings are subject to availability. Bar Time Pass facilitates reservations between patrons and bars — we are a technology platform, not a licensed alcohol retailer. All sales of alcohol are made by the licensed bar establishments.

5. Revenue Share

Bar Time LLC retains 10% of all booking and F&B revenue as a platform fee. 90% of revenue is automatically transferred to the participating bar's Stripe Connect account.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

SMS Program Terms

By providing your phone number in the Bar Time Pass app, you consent to receive transactional SMS notifications including rental event invitations from hosts who have entered your number in the app.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and invitations received. You may receive up to 5 messages per month.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Non-sharing: We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
Providing false age or identity information
Attempting to circumvent surge pricing or booking systems
Reselling or transferring QR passes to other individuals
Abusing the rewards system through fraudulent activity

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Profile screen in the app. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all associated data. Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bar Time LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of Bar Time Pass after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
